“El disco ‘Granular Moon’ estuvo en mis oídos y la sensación fue de calidez, por sobre todas las cosas.

SciFi Lullaby, proyecto sonoro formado por Bruno De Vincenti, Jorge Castro y Ramiro Larrain, nos deja aquí un trabajo muy delicado, muy cuidado es sus formas y composición. Indudablemente, tenemos estas tres patas fundamentales de la escena electrónica argentina que se juntan cada tanto a hacer lo que mejor hacen, expresar con sonidos los centenares de ideas que pasan por sus cabecitas.

A veces, se dice que la electrónica es fría, que las máquinas no transmiten, sin embargo, y para romper con esto, desde ‘Granular Moon’, su primer track, hasta ‘Puntual’, el último, se navega entre atmósferas y drones, cruzados por certeras secuencias maquinales, donde se nota mucho la fuerza que ejercen sobre sus módulos, sintes y drum pads. Esa fuerza, que yo mismo siento como músico y comparto con SciFi Lullaby, va desde nuestro interior hacia los instrumentos, para dar lo mejor y mezclar parte de nuestras vidas, permitiendo expresarnos de la mejor manera, volcando lo que me/nos pasa en el momento, sumado a todo el andamiaje que uno lleva encima.”

“The album ‘Granular Moon’ was in my ears and the sensation was of warmth, above all things.

SciFi Lullaby, the sonic project formed by Bruno De Vincenti, Jorge Castro and Ramiro Larrain, leaves us here a very delicate work, very careful is its forms and composition. Undoubtedly, we have these three fundamental pillars of the Argentine electronica scene that come together every so often to do what they do best, to express with sounds the hundreds of ideas that go through their little heads.

Sometimes, it is said that electronic music is cold, that the machines do not transmit; however, ‘Granular Moon’ breaks with this, from its lead-off title-track to the closing ‘Puntual’, the album navigates between atmospherics and drones, intersected by neatly-arranged mechanical sequences, where the force the artists exert on their modules, synths and drum pads is very noticeable. That force, which I feel myself as a musician and which I share with SciFi Lullaby, goes from our interior through the instruments, mixing with part of our lives, allowing us to express ourselves in the best way, conveying what happens to me/us in the moment, and adding to the personal tapestry that one carries over.”
