[BIO] Hans Castrup [Alemania / Germany]

Hans Castrup, nacido en 1957 en Osnabrück, Alemania. Estudios de Ciencia del Arte (Kunstwissenschaft) en la Universidad de Osnabrück. Trabaja como artista independiente en los campos de la música, el texto, la pintura, el grabado, la fotografía y el video.

Desde 2007 se han publicado siete breves obras de radio, (seis en Bayerischer Rundfunk y una jugada más larga en CiTR, Vancouver).

Desde 1981 varios lanzamientos musicales (ver discografía).

Desde 1978 sus pinturas han sido parte en numerosas exposiciones.

2009: Ganador del concurso «LEY – Liebe, Arbeit Wissen», Bayerischer Rundfunk, con la obra de radio: «Lebendiges Wissen – Kontrolle (?)».

2016: Lanzamiento del libro / edición en CD “Lizenzfreie Restwärme oder Die Klaviatur des Quadrats” (“Calor residual sin derechos de autor o El teclado de la plaza”).

Hans Castrup, born 1957 in Osnabrück, Germany. Studies of Art Science (Kunstwissenschaft) at the University of Osnabrück. Works as a freelance artist in the fields of music, text, painting, printmaking, photography, and video.

Since 2007 seven short radio plays have been published. (Six on Bayerischer Rundfunk and one longer play on CiTR, Vancouver).

Since 1981 several music releases (see discograpy).

Since 1978 his paintings have been shown in numerous exhibitions.

2009: Winner of the competition «LAW – Liebe, Arbeit Wissen», Bayerischer Rundfunk, with the radio play: «Lebendiges Wissen – Kontrolle (?)».

2016: Release of the Book/CD-edition «Lizenzfreie Restwärme oder Die Klaviatur des Quadrats» («Royalty-free residual heat or The Keyboard of the Square»).
